What would you say if I told you that I am going to share with you a technique that has the potential of giving you relief from,
*emotional traumas,
*chronic physical pain,
*compulsions,
*addictions, etc.
You’d probably say “there he goes again, let’s see what he’s got up his sleeve this time.”
I’d read this post very, very carefully if, for example,
*you are overweight,
*have a smoking problem,
*have a drinking problem,
*have chronic pain, like migraine,
*have a sleeping problem,
*have a bad temper,
*tend to procrastinate, etc.
I could go on but I think you get the message.
HOWEVER, YOU HAVE TO MAKE UP YOUR MIND TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. If you don’t have the will and are not ready to commit yourself, your chances of success will be small.
The method that I will share with you goes back 5000 years and is similar to acupuncture and acupressure, but it’s free and you administer it yourself, by using your fingertips to TAPP on your body’s energy meridian points. You will actually be tapping into the body’s own energy and healing powers, to restore energy balance and remove blockages.
Watch the following video and listen to what the founder of EFT, Gary Craig, has to say about it. It’s an eye opener believe me.

Let’s take a look at these tapping/meridian points.
You will be tapping on these 9 points while you verbalize your “problem” and also what you want to do about it.
I will give you clarifying examples in a little while.
The usual, classic, verbalization goes like this:
“Even though I have this debilitating migraine, I deeply and completely accept myself”
The first part of the sentence is your problem, and the second part is called the “affirmation”.
Many people were reacting negatively to the essentially “contrary to fact” nature of traditional affirmations.
Thus, Patricia Carrington, Ph.D. came up with “The Tapping Choices Method: A Positive Option for Tapping” which I practice and strongly recommend to you.
A few examples:
“Even though my migraine is causing my head to throb, I choose to have my head comfortable and pain free”
“Even though I am a smoker, I choose to stop smoking “
“Even though my sleep is very disrupted, I choose to sleep a solid, uninterrupted, 7 hours every night”
“Even though my body fat percentage is higher than I want it to be, I choose to eat and exercise properly so that I attain 13 %”
“Even though I have a quick temper in traffic, I choose to be more relaxed and smiley when driving”
So how do we combine these with tapping on the 9 points picoted above?
You should tap firmly, 5-7 times on each point.
Point 1.
“Even though I am a smoker, I choose to stop smoking”. Repeat this 3 times while tapping on point 1 with 3- 5 fingers.
Point 2 – Point 9
“I am a smoker” once at every point, with 1-2 fingers. You should tap slowly for at least 5 times on each point.
Point 2 – Point 9
“ I choose to quit smoking” once at every point, just as above.
Point 2 – Point 9
Starting with “I am a smoker” on point 2, “ I choose to quit smoking” on point 3, alternate and you should end up with “I choose to quit smoking” on point 9.
This is round one; if you still have a strong urge to smoke, repeat. Repeat until the urge to smoke is diminished to, say, the number 2 in a scale from 1 to 10. Ten being the most intense urge to smoke.
Please watch the video, and I strongly recommend that those of you who are willing to do something about what ails you, read “The Tapping Solution by Nick Ortner”.
Your comments are most welcome and I look forward to them so that I can expand on a subject, which readers have questions about or wish additional information on.
Although this is not a promise, I will try to give you a video demonstration of a tapping séance next week.
