HOW TO GET RID OF MOST PAINS WITHOUT PILLS

By Ekim 12, 2017 No Comments

Some suggestions from yours truly

Before I summarize the article “How to get rid of a headache in 5 minutes without pills” that I read in Health Today Magazine, I’d like to go over a few points that I’ve been practicing and suggesting for many years.

I strongly suggest that you try what is put forth, before you reach for a painkiller.

Remember that all medication harms your body, while getting rid of “the symptom”, and not doing anything about the cause.

  1. He gu points

6-300x225

We’ll touch upon this technique below, but I’ve always done this to friends that have a headache or a toothache and are complaining about it. I didn’t even know that these were called “he gu points”.

Squeeze firmly on the above-pictured points; both hands. Keep squeezing until the ache is gone.

If you are “healthy”, you won’t feel much pain. If not, it will hurt. A long time ago, I was trying to treat an old friend’s headache and she fainted, and her head ended up in her food plate; so be careful. It’s better that the person does this on their own.

Keep doing this, on both hands, until the squeezing stops hurting. At this point, you are “healthy” again.

  1. Squeezing your ears

Unknown-1

Squeeze all areas of both ears thoroughly. If you are “healthy” you will not feel any pain.

If you feel pain in certain areas, keep squeezing/massaging until it is no longer painful. You don’t have to do this in one session; do it periodically to reach the no pain stage.

Think of this as a similar to reflexology.

  1. Poke the soles of your feet with your thumbs

Unknown

If you feel pain in any area, this means you have health problems in the organ that the reflexology “map” refers to.

Poke/massage that area/point (or areas) until it no longer hurts. It is said that crystals have formed at the soles of your feet, and you cannot “ground” properly. I can’t vouch for the validity of this argument, but can assure you that a painless sole means good health.

A good practice is to use the above pictured roller when, for example, you are watching TV. Strive for NO pain when you poke your soles.

Another method is to put sufficient amounts of dried beans in your socks and walk around in them. I’m serious.

Getting rid of headaches

Headaches are one of the most boring and irritating forms of pain. Sometimes they can be very strong and last a long time.

Causes can be numerous, but the most common is stress.

The next time you feel a headache coming on, don’t reach for tablets; you can cure yourself with the help of acupressure.

Sit in a comfortable position and press on the following points.

Yintang point

1-300x200

Pressing on this point, helps reduce eye fatigue.

Zan Zhu points

2-300x252

These points are symmetrical and are in the inner edges of the eyebrows. Pressing on these helps in the treatment of visual acuity and a runny nose.

Yingxiang points

3-300x277

Massaging these points can reduce toothaches, headaches, relieves stress, and clears the sinuses. They are located on both sides of the nostrils, in line with the eyes.

Just feel the dimple at the bottom of the cheekbone to easily locate them.

Pressing on these points will help open up your sinuses, reduce your headache and toothache, and relieve stress.

Tian Zhu points

4-300x252

These points can be found in the middle area in the back of the head, between the ear and the beginning of the spine.

Massaging them to treat eye pain, headaches, migraines, earaches, and nasal congestion.

Shuai gu points

5-300x291

These points are 2-3 cm from the beginning of the hairline. They are small dimples in the temple area.

Press them to treat eye fatigue and pain in the temporal region.

He gu points

6-300x225

Besides what I passed on to you above, pressing on these points can help you treat toothaches, back pain, and tension in the muscles of the neck.

I hope you’ll try these techniques before reaching for pain relief medication.

That’s it for now; see you all next week.
