A short post today.
I want to share something that I think is important in your fight against all kinds of illness. It is an extension of reflexology and will ensure that you are always in top shape.
Let’s start:
- Ears
With the tip of your thumb and index finger, massage (squeeze) the full outer rim of your ears. From above where your ear cavity begins to your ear lobe.
You don’t have to exert too much pressure. If you have any sort of health problem, you will feel pain in certain points. If you have no health problems, you will feel no pain at all.
Do this for both ears and repeat as often as you can until the pain is gone.
- Hand
Again, with the tip of your thumb and index finger, massage (squeeze) the muscle that is in the middle of the thumb and index finger. Do it for both hands.
I did this to a friend once and she fainted; don’t be too hard on yourself. If you have any sort of health problems, you will feel pain.
Do this for both hands and repeat as often as you can until the pain is gone.
- The soles of your feet
As you can, see the soles of your feet tell you which organ has problems if you feel pain when pressuring all areas of the sole with your thumb.
As with the ears and hands keep pressuring you soles until the pain is gone.
